CHECK LIST (THINGS YOU MAY WANT TO BRING)
CHECK IN TIME IS 3:00PM (Possible Early Check-in) CHECK OUT TIME IS 10:00AM
Please comply with the rules and regulations, we don’t want to see you lose your security deposit!
If your unit is not clean when you arrive, please call us right away. 410-916-0960
Free Parking Permit – (required between Memorial Day and Labor Day) The parking permit should be on the counter top, if its not there when you arrive, please call us on 410-916-0960. Place the parking permit on your rear view mirror, facing out. The parking sticker number should be visible from the outside of your vehicle. Without the permit, your car WILL be towed. DON’T FORGET TO RETURN THE PARKING PERMIT TO THE COUNTER TOP AT THE END OF THE WEEK. THE REPLACMENT COST IS $125. We know that sounds steep, but we have to buy another one from the HOA, then drive 2 1/2 hours to pick it up, so the next renters have it.
Doors and Windows – it really helps keep the place cool, if you close the curtains when you’re not home during the day. Its nice to sit in the living room and look out over the bay, but the hot sun shines on the balcony from 11am to 7pm. Close the blinds if you’re going out for the day. To open the curtains, slide half to the left, and half to the right. Be careful, sometimes the wind will suck the curtains out the door when you open the slider.
Winter Only – You may have to turn on the main water valve. Its located in the louvered closet doors in the dining room. Call me if you have any issues or questions. 410-916-0960.
THINGS TO DO BEFORE YOU CHECK OUT.

Turn all the lights off and lock all the doors and windows.
Dont forget to return your parking pass to the counter top.
